Ground coffee

Traditional phin grind

Ground on the spot per order, never pre-ground into stock. Three calibrated settings covering the phin types in common use in Vietnam.

Phin typeGrind sizeDose per cupDrip time
90 ml aluminium (standard)600–800 micron25 g4–6 min
160 ml stainless steel700–850 micron35 g5–7 min
Disposable paper phin550–700 micron15 g3–4 min
Electric / machine phin800–950 micron45 g6–8 min

When ordering ground coffee, just name your device in the order notes. We grind on an 83 mm flat burr and verify particle size against calibration sieves before bagging. Ground coffee is vacuum-sealed immediately, which buys roughly three to four extra days of aroma.

☕

You drink milk coffee every morning

Take Fine Robusta at the medium-dark roast, 500 g in phin grind. Roughly six out of ten walk-in customers at our store choose exactly this.
⚙️

You have an espresso machine at home

Take the Espresso Blend, 1 kg whole bean. One kilogram is about 55 double shots, which lands neatly inside the four-to-five week aroma window.
🌸

You want to explore flavour

Start with the 3 × 100 g sampler to taste all three side by side, then come back for 250 g of whichever you liked.

FAQ

Retail questions

›How long does retail delivery take?

Within Vietnam, 1–3 working days for orders confirmed before 15:00. International retail parcels go by tracked air mail: 5–9 days to Southeast Asia and Australia, 8–14 days to Europe and North America. Everything is roasted after the order is placed, so add one working day before dispatch.

›Whole bean or ground?

Whole bean keeps its aroma five to seven times longer. If you do not own a grinder we will grind to your stated brewing method at no charge, but use that bag within 7–10 days.

›What does shipping cost?

Free within Vietnam over 500,000₫. International retail shipping is quoted at checkout by weight and destination; a 1 kg parcel to Singapore is typically $12–16 and to Germany $22–28.

›Do you accept returns?

Yes. If the valve is damaged, the coffee smells off, or the printed roast date is more than 10 days old on arrival, we replace the lot and pay freight both ways. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

›Do you make corporate gifts?

Yes. A gift box of 2 × 250 g with an aluminium phin and a card printed with your company name, minimum 20 boxes, five working days to prepare.
