›How quickly do you reply to a quote request?
Email and messaging enquiries are answered within 2–4 hours during business hours, Indochina Time (GMT+7). A full wholesale quotation including a suggested ratio across the three lines follows within one working day of receiving your café details.
›Can we visit the roastery?
Yes. The roastery is open to visitors on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 09:00–11:00, with at least two days notice. The visit runs about sixty minutes and includes a live roast and a cupping table covering all three coffee lines.
›What export documents do you provide?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (Form D for ASEAN, Form B otherwise), phytosanitary certificate, and a lot analysis sheet with moisture, water activity, defect count and cupping score. Food safety and HACCP declarations are available on request.
›Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?
International orders are invoiced in USD and settled by telegraphic transfer; smaller sample orders can be paid by PayPal or Wise. Domestic orders are in VND by bank transfer, VietQR or cash.
›How do we reach 11 Le Duan, Khe Sanh?
From Dong Ha, take National Highway 9 west for about 63 km — roughly 1 hour 10 minutes by car. From Phu Bai Airport in Hue it is about 150 km and 2 hours 45 minutes. The Lao Bao border crossing is only 20 km away. The café is on Le Duan street, the main road through Khe Sanh town, with car parking out front.
